Siraj Wahaj, Imam of Masjid Taqwa in New York is well known among Muslims in North America as a dynamic speaker and tireless supporter of Islamic causes. Imam Siraj Wahhaj, currently the Imam of Masjid Al-Taqwa in Brookyn, New York, accepted Islam in 1969. He received Imam training at Ummul Qura University of Makkah in 1978 and has gone on to become a national and international speaker on Islam.

Alima Ashfaq is a teacher by profession and a member of the Diplomas Department at the Islamic Online University. She has been studying Islamic studies with various Islamic Institutes and teachers for the past fifteen years and has actively been involved in the community working with several prominent organisations.

Ibraheem Menk, born in Harare Zimbabwe, began his first Islamic studies with his grandfather Sh. Musa Menk. He completed his hifth under the supervision of Sh Musa and went on to study Arabic and other Islamic sciences with him. He then furthered his studies at the Islamic University of Madinah where he obtained a bachelors degree in the Shariah. He currently resides in Harare where he is Imaam and teacher at some of the local Masaajid.

After graduating from Strathclyde University with an LLB (Bachelor of Law), he spent ten years studying the Arabic language and Islamic Sciences. During this period he obtained a BA (Hons) in Islamic studies from the University of Wales and then strengthened his studies by studying for four years with reputable scholars in the Middle East.
